There is no doubt that funding could not totally tackle all the problems of countries in our contemporary society. Simply relying on financing to improve the economy and living conditions of citizens is far from the ideal outcome.
Initially, the fund itself is not strong enough for countries to rely on. Since there are many aspects of countries which are demanding the fund, sometimes inefficient allocation will contribute to more serious deficiency. In this way, the fund provided by the Arc and social enterprise may help the United Nations make a better allocation decision even if it is fully funded.
In addition, it is of no exaggeration to say that what the United Nations needs is not only the fund. Power of people is also indispensable compared to the funding policy. The exchange of knowledge and the concern about the whole society are essential to improve the development of the United Nations.
