Obviously in order to be an outstanding teacher, one must have a masterful, evolving, nuanced practice that supports student learning in an effective and streamlined manner.  It behooves me to commit myself to showcase the ways in which I have developed my pedagogy over the duration of my teaching career and what it is that I would like to further develop later that I feel I have not yet perfected.
