Parking permit for December 12 and 13 will be sent to you electronically. Please print a copy to display on the vehicle dashboard. You can\u00a0park at either gold or green parking spaces. Please refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.utdallas.edu\/services\/download\/Parking_Map.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">parking map<\/a> to find alternative parking lots. Navel Jindal School of Management is denoted as JSOM. The rooms reserved for WISE 2015 in JSOM can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/wise2015\/finding_the_rooms\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>Workshop Hotel<\/h1>\n<p>The workshop hotel is <a href=\"http:\/\/northdallas.hyatt.com\/en\/hotel\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Hyatt Regency North Dallas<\/a>. The workshop rate is $100\/night for a king or \u00a0double room (excluding taxes and applicable fees). The rate includes complimentary buffet breakfast and complimentary Internet. The reservation can be made at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/aws.passkey.com\/g\/50460511\" target=\"_blank\">WISE 2015 Hotel Reservation page<\/a>. Alternatively, you can\u00a0call 1-888-591-1234 and ask for the WISE 2015 group rate. The workshop\u00a0rate is available until November 20th, 2015. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible while the\u00a0blocked rooms are still available.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is very close to UTD campus and a shuttle service from the hotel to the campus\u00a0will be provided.<\/p>\n<h1>Friday Night Reception<\/h1>\n<p>There will be a welcome reception at Hyatt Regency North Dallas between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Friday.<\/p>\n<h1>Saturday Night Social Venue<\/h1>\n<p>Social event will be held at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dma.org\" target=\"_blank\">Dallas Museum of Art<\/a>.\u00a0The WISE participants will have access to a gallery containing collections from Africa, Asia and Pacific.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dma.org\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dma.org\/sites\/default\/files\/banner_images\/dma_header_dine.jpg\" alt=\"DMA\" width=\"%50\" height=\"Auto\" \/><\/a> Dallas Museum of Art [Photo: Courtesy of www.DMA.org]<\/p>\n<h1>Airport<\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfwairport.com\" target=\"_blank\">Dallas\/Fort Worth\u00a0International\u00a0Airport<\/a> (DFW) is the main airport serving the Dallas\/Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. All major airlines fly to DFW. DFW is 30 minutes away from UTD campus and the workshop hotel. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dallas-lovefield.com\" target=\"_blank\">Dallas Love Field<\/a> (DAL) is another airport in Dallas. Selected airlines fly to DAL from selected cities.
