The second was the\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.facultyassociation.ubc.ca\/docs\/Summary-of-Process-and-Conclusions-Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Summary of the fact-finding process and conclusions regarding alleged breaches of academic freedom and other university policies at the University of British Columbia<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>How or why is it that fact-finders appointed to find facts cannot find any facts of administration?\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/workplace\/2015\/10\/teflon-deans-at-ubc-ubcsauderschool-ubcnews-ubc100-bced-highered\/\" target=\"_blank\">Or of specific administrators?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Is it that the the facts are so tiny, so microscopic that they are there but cannot be found? Is it that facts of administration are so taken-for-granted that they are too big to\u00a0be found?<\/p>\n<p>Is it that facts of the administration of UBC\u00a0cannot be found because they need not be found?<\/p>\n<p>Is it that secrecy prevails and the evidence put in front of the fact-finders has no bearing whatsoever on the facts of administration?<\/p>\n<p>Is it that <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/workplace\/2015\/10\/failures-of-legalism-and-academic-freedom-at-ubc-caut-ubysseynews-lawstudents-ubcnews-ubc100-bced\/\" target=\"_blank\">legalism at UBC is in itself culpable and invariably\u00a0can find neither fact nor fault<\/a> with specific administrators at UBC?
