The<br \/>\ntarget audience is working-class students (college and upper high<br \/>\nschool), their parents, and their advisors. The topic is something<br \/>\nalong the lines of &#8220;negotiating higher education,&#8221; and everything that<br \/>\nentails. I know for many people with wc\/pc backgrounds, the college<br \/>\nexperience and everything surrounding it was very different than it<br \/>\nwas for our counterparts from different backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m looking at US experience at this point, since that&#8217;s the audience<br \/>\nI know and can envision using this.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be doing some interviewing at the Working Class Academics<br \/>\nconference in Ithaca at the end of the month. If anyone on this list<br \/>\nis going to the conference and is interested in being interviewed (or<br \/>\nin contributing other material to the webumentary), please drop me a<br \/>\nline.
