Accepts Latest Report on Degree Problems and Says It&#8217;s Time to Move On<\/a><\/p>\n<p>West Virginia University received the second phase of an outside consultant\u2019s audit of its academic record-keeping practices today, and the institution\u2019s interim president, C.
