{"id":9505,"date":"2013-05-06T09:52:18","date_gmt":"2013-05-06T17:52:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/workplace\/?p=9505"},"modified":"2013-05-06T09:52:18","modified_gmt":"2013-05-06T17:52:18","slug":"survey-on-student-debt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/workplace\/2013\/05\/survey-on-student-debt\/","title":{"rendered":"Survey on Student Debt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Survey on student debt, put together by One Wisconsin Now &amp; Institute.\u00a0 The response so far has been amazing, however,\u00a0 input is still needed!<\/p>\n<p>Some of the insights we hope to ascertain from this project include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How is the trillion-dollar student debt crisis affecting a household\u2019s purchasing ability?<\/li>\n<li>Are student loans affecting auto and home ownership?<\/li>\n<li>How about savings for retirement, or for the next generation\u2019s college?<\/li>\n<li>Are there opportunities to change the way we finance higher education?<\/li>\n<li>Do we need a way to alter the existing debt structure on student loans?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t already taken the survey, please take a few minutes of your time to complete it by clicking here:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s\/StudentLoanSurvey2013\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Student Loan Survey<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Just seven minutes of your time will be a huge boost for our shared fight to raise awareness and develop real solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The survey questions that follow ask you about your household circumstances, using questions that are similar to those asked by the U.S. Census Bureau. The survey is designed to honor your privacy and does not collect personally identifiable information such as birth date, social security number, address, or, naturally, your name.
