Hard copies of the issue available from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.worksanddays.net\">worksanddays.net<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Cultural Logic<\/em>\u00a0will be publishing and expanded online version of the issue in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p>Rich and I want to thank David B.
