Fitness Assessment
Includes:
- Height, weight, BMI, waist and hip circumference, heart rate, blood pressure
- Skin folds, mCAFT tests, composite back fitness, musculoskeltetal fitness, 1 Rep Max testing
Training Package
Includes:
- Wise up! membership fees
- Personal Training Consultation
- pre -Fitness Testing
- 6 month program
- 2 (1 hour) weekly sessions with a personal trainer
- post-Fitness Testing
Aerobics Package
Includes:
- Wise up! membership fees
- Wellness consultation with a personal trainer
- 10 water aerobics classes with a certified instructor

CSEP – CPT – Certified Personal Trainer under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology
All of our trainers at Wise up! are first aid certified and able to assist with the wellness journey of all of our members. Working with a CPT will help motivate you to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle. Our trainers are able to set up day to day programs as well as an overall look at what needs to be achieved in order to reach your goals. NSCA – CSCC – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association
Our strength trainer uses valuable scientific knowledge to train our members who are looking to improve overall strength and physical ability. They are able to motivate clients towards improvement, and use testing sessions to mark progress, as well as safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs. They work with each and every woman on a personal basis to develop specific steps regarding strength and conditioning in order to reach fitness goals.
CFES – Candian Fitness Education Services – Aerobics Instructor
Our aerobics instructors lead and instruct groups as well as individuals through various exercise activities. They offering insight, direction, and motivation into workout routines. Our Aerobics Instructor leads both physical activity indoors in our facility, as well as leading water aerobics classes.
