Our trainers are able to set up day to day programs as well as an overall look at what needs to be\u00a0achieved\u00a0in order to reach your goals. Talk to one of our trainers and begin your journey in creating a better you!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #333399;\">NSCA &#8211; CSCC <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Our strength trainer uses valuable\u00a0scientific knowledge to train our members who are looking to improve overall strength and physical ability. They are able to motivate clients towards\u00a0improvement,\u00a0and use testing sessions to mark progress, as well as safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs. They work with each and every woman on a personal basis to develop specific steps regarding\u00a0strength\u00a0and conditioning in order to reach fitness goals.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #333399;\">CFES &#8211; Candian Fitness Education Services &#8211;\u00a0Aerobics Instructor<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Our aerobics instructors lead and instruct groups as well as individuals through various exercise activities. They offering insight, direction, and \u00a0motivation into workout routines.
