In workplace, I might have a higher tendency of completing jobs with higher efficiency and effectiveness, but at the same time hard to maintain a long-term relationship with colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>A 45 score on self-monitoring shows that I might understand others&#8217; feelings better thus creating a harmonious working environment. Also, I might be ready to adjust myself for different working tasks and difficulties and working with others.<\/p>\n<p>My EI score is pretty high, which shows that I might have the ability of recognizing emotions and even guide others&#8217; emotion behavior and adapt myself into various environments in order to achieve my goals.
