OAR Files can be loaded into the console through the load oar command:

On the console, you can type: load oar filename

In order to load several oar files onto different regions, the command “change region” is necessary.
Region (root) # change region (region name);
For example, Region (root) # change region SoaS 2.1
This command allows users to change root region to other regions.
