I believe teaching philosophies can shift as time goes by. You might encounter new theories or new situations that generate new thoughts and ideas about teaching. But I believe there are several core ideas that will always be present. Here are my core teaching philosophy:

World outside of the box – Students are natural philosophers – have them keep wondering and questioning. Foster their creative mind.

Unique is the new cool – Provide an education where students understand and respect differences each person brings to the table. Celebrate diversity.

Live the joy of learning – Have faith in the infinite possibilities of these young mind! Never underestimate.
