This is my blog about teaching
All people are inquisitive; they all are asking questions to find answers. That is why the goal of education is to encourage this process of finding answers to people’s questions. Hence, my mission as a teacher is to spark learners interests for learning, provide the effective tools that help to make a process easier and more engaging and relate the subject to everyday life.
…I believe that:
every class represents a unique community of individuals that are different not only in their ability to learn but also in the way they learn. I am sure that everyone can contribute something unique to the world, that is why it is very important to develop their self-confidence. I think that by providing different kinds of exercises (not just simply on-line quizzes) make the study process more engaging and interesting for students. It also helps them to think differently each time depending on the type of assessment and objectives of the exercise. When the student becomes comfortable with who he is and where he/she stands, he develops a self-confidence that helps him/her to achieve good results.
