Bio

I moved to Vancouver, Canada in the fall of 2013. I am a dual-citizen by birth, being born in Cold Lake, Alberta but having grown up in the small town of Fallon, Nevada. I have spent most of my life travelling which has resulted in a long list of towns/cities I call ‘home’. Ranging from California to Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Because I spent so much of my life abroad, I have absorbed an immeasurable wealth of cultural education. I consider myself a “Third-Culture-Kid”.

I am currently a fourth year student in the Faculty of Arts at the University of British Columbia with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. My academic interests include: Research in Developmental and Abnormal Behavioural Disorders in Development as well as Sports Psychology.

I currently work as a Membership Specialist for Steve Nash Fitness World. Though I am actively studying and pursuing a degree in personal training. Fitness is a strong passion of mine and is a career I am planning to continue throughout my life, either part or full time. Prior to my employment with Steve Nash I was a Shift Supervisor for Starbucks for 2 consecutive years.

I also work as a performer. I have been involved in a number of both theatrical and non-theatrical stage peformances over the time that I’ve been living in Vancouver. Notable performance credits include Beethovens 8th Symphony with the Vancouver Orchestra (Choral), Dead Man Walking with the Vancouver Opera (Lead), the Rocky Horror Picture Show (Lead) and Dogfight with the Pacific Theatre (Lead). I also performed with the UBC Choral Union and first inaugural Men’s Chorus from 2013-2014. I also perform for private events and fundraisers.

My hobbies include hiking, music, working out, spending time with my dog and partner, singing and rock climbing.
