I am an Instructional Designer with Masters in Information Technology working for a pharma company in Toronto as an eLearning Specialist and LMS Administrator.
With 15 yrs of experience, I still think I am learning new things everyday.
I attended one of the session in LSCON (Learning Solutions Conference) about Bite-size Learning and the presenter talked about attention span and how it effects the way we are developing and delivering trainings. What I understand from my 7-yr old son, he cannot sit in one position for more than 2 minutes. Therefore, I want to learn from my colleagues the techniques they use to engage students and how they are incorporating technology in the education system. What is working for them?
