OPPORTUNITY:1. could diversify into other eara (e.g., internet searching)
\n2.Develop in mobile internet
\n3.Customers\u2019 increasing need
\n4.Chinese internet users become mature<\/p>\n

In my opinion, it is extremely important for company to use SWOT strategy to evade potential risk and better develop. Even though Tencent Company has become number one technology company on the list of China\u2019s top 200, but it still need to be alert to the challenges, hardship and problems which lie ahead. Massive user base, mature management, and creative thinking which make Tencent extremely productive and strong and develop rapidly. However Tecent should really not adopt a cause attitude and need to prepare for Chinese economic uncertainties. Also more and more oversea tech company enter Chinese market; therefore, Tencent hold really keep eyes on economic changes and remain stronger and more competitive in the market.<\/p>\n
