Entrepreneurship is as important as innovation for national and global economic growth. In order to be successful, some entrepreneurial traits are necessary, and i have summed up some traits that i think are really important to the entrepreneur.

  1. Business focus: a good entrepreneur should be profit-oriented, and always has a clear goal and plan for growth.
  2. Tenacity: starting a new business is uncertain and risky, so failure is inevitable. A good entrepreneur should be persistent enough when confronting obstacles.
  3. Relationship-builder: Mutually-beneficial links inside and outside workplace, having a good relationship with business cagmanion, workers, and customers is vital
  4. Risk-taker: a good entrepreneur should have ability to deal with complexity, and make rational decision, and be optimistic.
  5. Vision: a good entrepreneur sees opportunity and chance everywhere

Here are only some of the entrepreneurial traits, and the most important thing i want to say is that being a good and successful entrepreneur is not an easy task, because it requires many things and efforts.
