“Amazon” is build with the blood and sweat?!
This blog is writing about Amazon workers’ rights. Amazon encourages workers to work under a competitive environment and their working hours are always too long, also the policy is too much for them, therefore increases their mental illness. The workers are not given the proper rights. However, Amazon provides a lot of sales opportunities and conveniences to others. In other words, Amazon benefits others at the expense of workers’ proper rights (blood and sweat).
In my opinion, this is not a good way for a company to make profits and promote business. Workers and employees play an important role in business. According to business ethics, company should always guaranties workers’ proper rights and interests, such as healthcare, security, working hour, salary and reasonable holidays. Guarantying labour’s rights will help attracting new workers and employees, it also helps to make workers stay in a company for a long time. Obviously, Amazon does not. A company which follows the business ethics is a good company. It will be much better if a company develops their business while also guarantying workers’ rights.
