Key Card Access Update

Effective immediately, the door at the north end of the RHL Graduate Wing (by classroom DL 125) will be locked 24/7. Graduate students may enter the building through this door using their student card. We are attempting to reduce the number of people walking through the RHL Graduate Wing, making your classrooms and graduate breakout rooms quieter and less distracting. Only faculty, staff and Sauder graduate students should have access through these doors.

Locking Graduate Breakout Rooms

Just a friendly reminder to kindly lock the graduate breakout rooms in the RHL wing when you are finished for the day.

Our office has noticed an increased number of undergraduate students using the rooms because they are able to gain entry.

As a common courtesy, please leave rooms tidy after use. This includes disposal of garbage and paper products. If you are not able to use the room, please cancel your room booking.

Many thanks from the MBA/ECM Programs Office.
