Graduate Breakout Room Security and iClass card activation

Please ensure that Graduate Breakout Rooms are locked at all times. We are finding more and more undergraduate students using these rooms because they are being left unlocked, allowing easy access by non-graduate students.

If you have not yet done so, we strongly encourage you to activate your UBC iclass card to ensure proper access into these rooms.

To activate your card, email office administration at access@sauder.ubc.ca with the following information:

Name
Student number
iClass number (first 5 or 6 digits after the *, or, the 5 or 6 digits after the 2- at the bottom backside of card – depending on which card you have)

Please note that you will not receive an email confirmation telling you that your card has been activated. Your card should be activated within 24 hours of emailing.

If you have already activated your card, then you don’t need to do it again.

If you have any questions please contact the Office Administration desk at 604-822-1386.

Thank you,

MBA & ECM Programs Office
