Hello Class,

Your commitment for the day is the morning plus lunch OR lunch plus afternoon.

Please, make sure you –

• Know your group (IPD Week Oct 15 Groups) and time slots (see below)
• Arrive 5-10 minutes before
• Dress full business attire
• Bring in a copy of your resume (current version)
• Bring in your laptops for the LinkedIn workshop
• Review the proposed interview scenarios (Mock Interview Oct 15 – Scenarios), pick one and prepare accordingly.

You will have 2 interviews on this day.

•  Mock Interview C – a 30 minute behavioural interview based on one of the scenarios, followed by feedback. To better prepare – review the feedback you received from Mock Interview B, practice your stories (CAR) and review the eLearning Module (Connect=>eLearning) & Interview Fundamentals Presentation (Connect=>My PD Journey => Phase 2 – Developing your Market Readiness).
• Mock Interview D – After rotating to the next interviewer, he/she will ask you which scenario you interviewed for – and then you’ll be asked one question. Be prepared to deliver your best pitch/answer. You can also prepare for Mock Interview D by logging on to Interview Stream and practicing with the Mock Interview D Prep – IPD Week questions.
