Tal Letourneau is a busy lawyer living and working in Toronto, Ontario. Like many others during the pandemic, he went from working in an office day and night, to spending the majority of his time at home. Despite missing many of the activities Toronto typically has to offer – like concerts, sporting events, and restaurants – Tal has discovered that having more time to experiment with cooking and baking has perhaps been a silver lining of the pandemic.
