For Jan-April, 2014 there are two days that turn up as ‘best fits’ and that would ultimately include most all of us.  That gives us two scheduled runs per week

Primary run: “Tuesday, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM. 5-10km distances.

Secondary run/walk/jog: Thursday, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Workout/interval sessions that accommodate all abilities.

The Thursday runs will follow the Sun Run training schedule. We will do the first listed run for each training week.  Please see image below for details.

If folks want they can participate in both runs or just one of them. All runs start from the AnSo Building front doors and leave promptly at the scheduled start time 🙂  If we know you are coming we will wait for you 🙂
