International Business — Israel Hotbeds for Startups

According to the dictionary, international trade is defined as the exchange of capital, goods, and services across international borders or territories. After seeing the definition, I am interested in one question: does international business act an important role in the changing world? To solve my problem, I searched for the information on the internet, and I found an article that satisfies my needs. I would like to share it with you.

International business is different from domestic business because the environment changes when a firm crosses international borders. Typically, a firm understands its domestic environment quite well, but is less familiar with the environment in other countries and must invest more time and resources into understanding the new environment. The following considers some of the important aspects of the environment that change internationally.”– Betty Jane Punnett

I would like to talk about Israel according to one article called “What makes Israel a hotbed for startups”. In the article, the writer said that Israel’s startup scene is booming with certain data like “in 2013, Israel produced 1000 new startups”. Even when one business fails, there will be two more to take its place. One reason to explain why this happens is that Israel has the highest density of tech startups in the world, and the most important is that most of them are doing global business straight from Israel! What’s more, Israel government programs also innovate some new ideas and dig enough depth to provide space for new companies, which made Israel a nice startup hotbed.
