- Revised Definition Assignment
- Purpose: to provide the parenthetical, sentence, and expanded definitions of the term search engine optimization (SEO) to an audience of “non-technical readers”
- What I learned: This assignment helped me appreciate the importance and role of definitions in technical writing. It also helped me understand how audience and purpose affect a definition.

- What I learned: to carefully examine any document and consider the writer’s writing techniques and strategies and reflect on how the feedback applies to one’s own writing.

- Purpose: to investigate, analyze, and recommend action to increase community engagement at Bedok Public Library Singapore.
- What I learned: to ask the right questions, brainstorming and figuring out the correct forms of research.

- Purpose: Progress Report to the professor regarding the work done so far for the formal report.
- Revised the outline according to feedback from the professor.

- Purpose: provide a summary of the proposal for the formal report to the professor
- Revised the memo to include the intended reader according to the professor’s feedback.
- Revised LinkedIn Best practices memo
- Purpose: share research findings with my writing team regarding best practices for using LinkedIn as a professional networking site.

- Purpose: to study and review writing techniques and learn how to write with a “You Attitude”

- Purpose: Letter #1 – write a letter of complaint about an error on a bill, rude service, a mistake in delivery, or the poor quality of some product you have purchased. Letter # 2 -Take the role of the employee whose job it is to respond.
