We were given a disclosure about Mariposa Organic Farm (MOF) and asked whether they should continue in ground crop production or whether they should switch to tree fruit production. We had to consider the ecological, economic and social factors influencing this decision.
During the course of the term, there will be two case studies given which will be worked on in groups (of 5 or 6) each week.
