People are always unsatisfied and look for intangibles for replacement. Know what the person is looking for
10) People buy “direct” because of convenience and exclusivity.
People would normally buy the nearest location.
11)People like to see it, hear it, touch it, taste it, or smell it before they buy it.
A lot of people still prefer to buy in stores than buying online. We like to have that sensasory experience.
