Now, I am a masters degree in Environmental Science at the University of British Columbia Okanagan campus. My research focused on 13C and 2H isotopic signature of methane emissions from northern wetlands, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ed Hornibrook. Some of the outcomes will be:
- Preparing a database of d13C and d2H for CH4 emission from different kinds of northern wetlands
- Determination and classification areas of different parts of wetlandsÂ
- To visualize the CH4 emission for different sub-environments
- To determine the different CH4 emission strengths and stable isotope values for a net flux and d13C and d2H value for the total area of the northern peatland complexes
