Dear Customer, This e-mail is to notify you that there has been a Blackboard Collaborate Support Update.

Blackboard Collaborate – Web Conferencing Hosted Notifications

Subject: Important Service Notification – Web Conferencing

Date: Tuesday 11/27/20012

Time: 12:15 GMT-5

Affected Users: All users on hosted North American SAS.

Details: Web Conferencing and Elluminate Live! users may experience intermittent performance issues with starting or viewing recordings.

This issue does not affect live sessions.

Workaround: Users experiencing issues playing back recordings should exit the recording and try again.

Estimated Time for Resolution:

We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused and will continue to work towards restoring service to full capacity as soon as possible.
