Affected Users: Web Conferencing and Elluminate Live accessing recordings from North American SAS
Details: Web Conferencing and Elluminate Live users may experience the following symptoms when downloading recordings:
- Difficulty downloading recordings
- Latency downloading recordings
- Recordings start to play but then time out
Workaround: Please try downloading the recording again
Estimated Time for Resolution: We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and will continue to work towards restoring service to full capacity as soon as possible.
