Details:

Web Conferencing users may have experienced the following symptoms:

  • Intermittent latency when accessing SAS, Web Conferencing or Elluminate Live! V10
  • Intermittent slowness when accessing services
  • Intermittent inability to connect to services

This issue is now resolved, we apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption may have caused and will continue to work towards reducing further disruptions.
