Dear Customer, This e-mail is to notify you that there has been a Blackboard Collaborate Support Update.

Blackboard Collaborate – Web Conferencing Hosted Notifications

Subject: Important Service Notification – Web Conferencing

Date: Friday, January, 11, 2013

Begin Time: 9:15: AM GMT-5 (US Eastern)

Affected Users: All Web Conferencing Users and Elluminate Live! V10 hosted in North America

Details: Web Conferencing users may experience the following symptoms:

  • Intermittent latency when accessing SAS, Web Conferencing or Elluminate Live! V10
  • Slowness when accessing services
  • Inability to connect to services

Workaround: Please try accessing services again

Estimated Time for Resolution: We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused and will continue to work towards restoring service to full capacity as soon as possible.

Next Update: Additional updates will be provided before Friday, January 11th at 12:00 PM (GMT-5 / US Eastern)
