Important Service Notification – Web Conferencing – Planned Service Disruption During Extended Maintenance Window
We will be performing updates to our hosting infrastructure during an extended scheduled maintenance window during the following times:
Saturday, January 5th, 2013 from 18:00 (GMT-5 / US Eastern) until Sunday, January 6th, 2013 6:00 AM (GMT-5 / US Eastern)
Please expect that the Web Conferencing , Elluminate Live! and Hosted ELM sessions and recordings will be unavailable for periods of time during this extended maintenance window. There will be no updates made to the products at this time.
If you have questions about this upcoming maintenance or have scheduled Web Conferencing or Elluminate Live! sessions during the maintenance window that cannot be rescheduled, please submit a support ticket by visiting our support portal at http://support.blackboardcollaborate.com.
