Blackboard Collaborate will be performing a Unplanned Emergency Maintenance during the scheduled maintenance window on Friday, Dec. 13th, 2013. Begin Time: Friday, Dec 13th, 2013 0:00 US Eastern (UTC-5) End Time: Friday, Dec. 13th, 2013 04:00 US Eastern (UTC-5) Affected Users: NA-SAS Details: There maybe periods during this maintenance window where you will not be able to log into the SAS or launch a Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing session/recording during this period. Users in sessions maybe briefly knocked out of their sessions. Please have users retry immediately to reconnect as we will do our best to minimize the amount of time taken for maintenance during this window but you should allow for the full time. Be sure to notify your users of this maintenance.
