Blackboard Collaborate will be performing a maintenance release during the regularly scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, November 23rd, 2013.
Begin Time: Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 22:00 US Eastern (UTC-5)
End Time: Sunday, November 24th, 2013 06:00 US Eastern (UTC-5)
Affected Users: NA-SAS
Details: You will not be able to log into the SAS or launch a Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing session/recording during this period. We will do our best to minimize the amount of time taken during the upgrade but you should allow for the full time.
