Blackboard Collaborate will be performing a required restart of SAS Web Conferencing services on Friday, November 1st, 2013.

Begin Time: Friday, November 1st, 2013 23:00 US Eastern (UTC-4)

End Time: Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 01:00 US Eastern (UTC-4)

Affected Users: NA-SAS

Details:

• During the upcoming restart, Blackboard Collaborate NA-SAS services will experience a short service disruption.
• Users should rejoin their sessions however you may need to re-launch Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing.
• This restart is required to allow access to our integrated telephony service.  In the interim if you require a teleconference option within Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing please use the “3rd Party” teleconferencing option in conjunction with your third party provider.  Click here for more information.
