Blackboard Collaborate will be performing maintenance during the regularly scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, October 26th, 2013.

Begin Time: Saturday, October 26th, 2013 22:00 US Eastern (UTC-4)

End Time: Sunday, October 27th, 2013 06:00 US Eastern (UTC-4)

Affected Users: NA-SAS

Details:

• During the upcoming maintenance, Blackboard Collaborate NA-SAS services may experience minor performance degradation.
• Your users will automatically download the update the first time they join one of your Blackboard Collaborate 12.5 web conferencing sessions. Be sure to notify your users of this update.  For more information, please review the release notes that will be available on Saturday, October 26, 2013.
