Blackboard Collaborate will be performing maintenance during the regularly scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
Begin Time: Saturday, January 25, 2014 10:00 PM (US Eastern / GMT-5)
End Time: Sunday, January 26, 2014 2:00 AM (US Eastern / GMT-5)
Affected Users: US-SAS and CA-SAS
Details: During the upcoming maintenance, Blackboard Collaborate US-SAS and CA-SAS services will be intermittently unavailable.
Important note – Blackboard Collaborate has created a new KBA for Blackboard Collaborate – Web Conferencing Notification – Hosted CA-SAS. If you are hosted on CA-SAS we recommend you subscribe to KBA article 3194.
