  1. Marketing Clarity & Expectations
    • What specific marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, emails, in-person events) were most helpful in shaping your expectations of BMS?
    • Were there any aspects of the BMS program that were unclear or misleading before you enrolled? If so, please describe.
    • What additional information would have been helpful before you applied to BMS?
  1. Student Experience vs. Expectations
    • In what ways has your experience in BMS met, exceeded, or fallen short of your expectations?
    • Were there any academic or extracurricular opportunities that were presented in marketing materials but did not align with reality?
  1. Effectiveness of Communication & Engagement
    • How do you feel about BMS’s communication efforts after enrollment (emails, social media updates, faculty interaction, etc.)?
    • Do you feel well-informed about available resources, academic requirements, and career opportunities? Why or why not?
    • What would be the way to receive information:
    • Did you know about the UBC student blog that showcases student work?

    • If you were responsible for BMS’s marketing, would you make any changes and if so, what changes would you make?
    • What advice would you give to prospective students considering BMS?
