1- For the Learning Exchange: Carport renovation project overview and client details were sent to all of you today during the meeting, please read them carefully and add the reflections entry dates to your calendar. For your client, please google him so you know more about him.
– All five of you have been added to the blog. Gerard and Michael haven`t accepted the adding invitation. PLease do accept invitation ASAP so we all stay in the same loop.
2- You guys will work on your schedules to facilitate a meeting with the client.
3-Joseph will contact the client to book and appointment and notify us.
4- Please do contact me at any point if you have an inquiry or question.

Hi Everyone!
I just finished my phone call with Mark regarding our primary meeting.
Wednesday at 11:00am did not suit his schedule, which is somewhat convenient as his office is not on campus but is at 612 Main Street.
So, we proposed to meet this coming Wednesday January 30th at 5:30 in the evening at the above mentioned address. We thought that 5:30pm would leave ample time to commute to his office.
I notified him that if this time did not work for us, that I would contact him on Monday.
In addition, I verified that we do not need to bring anything to this preliminary meeting.
Anyways, please ensure that this time works for you and if it does not please contact me as soon as possible.

I do not think I will be able to make it to the preliminary meeting.. Joseph please send me the minutes of this meeting after. Just heads up, I would strongly recommend that you guys get together and prepare some questions for the meeting, I do not know what is the potential meeting duration, so it would be better to have a previous agenda. will make things easier.
As for the reflection assignments, please DO NOT post them on the blog. Do send them to me individually. Thanks, Hassan

Willy and I have a lab that runs until 6:00 pm that Wednesday, so we won’t be able to attend the meeting.

My understanding that you guys have narrowed down your schedule so that you will be able to accommodate the client. Please revisit this issue, it is highly recommended that all of you meet the client, please keep me updated.
Thanks for setting up the meeting Joe, Wednesday would work o.k. for me if there is no other alternative, however it may be more ideal if we can get all team members present if possible. If Thursday evening works just as well for the client I would be fine with that, or we could just share the minutes with the rest of the team.

Hi All,
there must have been some miscommunication last meeting regarding everyone schedules, as I thought after 4:30PM worked for everyone.
I believe that it would be best, client permitting, to re-schedule the meeting to a time which works for most, if not all of the group members.
So, any ideas on which time this would be?
for myself, any day at 5:30 PM would work.
Please advise me as soon as possible of which day would work as I would like to contact the client tomorrow in the afternoon at the latest.
