Rescheduling appointments is absolutely common thing, what is most important is to make sure that everyone is contributing to this important meeting, that being said, it is absolutely ok to go ahead with the meeting and execute it with whoever available if the rest are ok with that.  Just please do something for me as a team leader,,, try to get thoughts and questions to be asked basis the role of everyone.

Second, on the meeting, take a minute or two and introduce yourself and the absent students pointing out their roles and responsibilities and apologize on their behalf for not showing up. This will be greatly appreciated.
