This is my second year and next summer we are going to choose our option. I’ve been studying marketin for nearly a term and I found myself really interested in this field.
Because I heard other student say that if your option is marketing, in your third and forth year you will have a lot of group project to do. I like group project. I think it is a special kind of assginment and it is a great opportunity for me to practice English. Because I come from China and my spoken English still need a lot of practice. Group project is a great chance for me to improve this.
Although a lot of people say that if accounting is your option, it would be a lot easier for you to get a job after graduation, I don’t want to choose my option simply based on that. It is true that at the very beginning accounting people seem more professional and can find a job easier, but marketing focuses on the business circle as a whole and is very important for people to understand if they want to start their own business. Also some people argue that everyone can do marketing. This is not true at all. There’s some important thing about marketing that you will never learn by yourself. You can only grasp the essence of marketin through logical training and abundant knowledge. I look forward in majoring in marketing.
