The project is nearing an end. This week we have begun to prepare for our final presentation, which we have confirmed for Tuesday February 14th, 2012 at Science World with our client’s team. The final design has been confirmed and drafted in AutoCAD (see image below), and a PowerPoint presentation has been created to deliver our design clearly to the client, which includes our design process from a preliminary stage to the final stage, components of the waste receptacle and precedent examples. We have begun formatting our final deliverable, the Exhibit Concept Document (ECD), which will be complete for the meeting on the 14th.

This is great news!
Have you reviewed your drafts with Mila? – maybe this is what you mean when you mention above that your final design has been confirmed….
Although it’s not part of the CIVL 202 deliverables, would you be able to send a copy of the final version of the ECD to me?
Also, it looks like you will be finished your project by the end of next week. That’s great. You will have one more blog post to make after next Friday. I suggest that the team meet to compose the 6th blog and that this 6th post reports on the team’s conclusions about what you have learned about project management as a result of your CSL work.
Regards,
