Cutting out the middle man, therefore cutting cost. Also the business has more control of its products and resources.
Also, when we make bigger planes, not all seats will be filled, resulting in a waste of resources.
We can’t choose the biggest planes because of costs. The ticket prices would need increase, and people might not want to pay those prices
