1. Learning objectives:
- assessing your toolkit as a basis for recombination and advanced usage;
- b-model prototyping – practice the fundamentals of strategy design;
- designing attack and defence strategies – applied exercise.
2. Preparation:
- Come with a written list of 10 important concepts or tools you’ve learned in your BCOM to-date. The b-model in context of external factors may provide you with one way of organizing factors – Osterwalder p201 – b-model canvas in context of external forces
- In classes 1 and 2 we will be doing some activities focusing on the airline industry. Review the airline industry material provided in the class 1 prep page.

3. Other Actions:
Setup the software so that you can use the classroom monitors – instructions in room.
