Biography

Welcome!

Whether you are an employer, a friend, or a stranger who just happened to stumble upon my website, Hello! I haveĀ  graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Science with a Major in Applied Biology. I have also recently graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara college at the end of 2022. I have begun in person student clinic as of mid May 2021. As of April 2023 I am licensed in Registered Massage Therapy. Please free free to message me on Instagram or Facebook for more information.

I aim to work in Physical Therapy or related area. Courses taken at UBC that has helped me understand therapy of the human body include: CAPS 391, CAPS 301, BIOL 361, BIOL 260, BIOL 155. And from SFU: BISC 101, CHEM 281, CHEM 282/286, PYSC 100.

When I was a high school student, I was balancing a lot of activities to maximize my involved in the school community. While maintaining an A academic average, I was involved in the school arts programs (Concert Choir, Show Choir, Men’s Choir) before class and either a sport or teaching in the peer tutoring program after school. This translated perfectly into post-secondary as the time management skills that were developed in high school, jumpstarted my university career beginning at Simon Fraser University. I was able to have a successful first year while staying physically fit and building a post-secondary social relationships within the process. Fast-forward two years and I have transferred to the University of British Columbia to expand networking opportunities. By networking, I can bypass the option of going into co-op and still graduate on time. Networking has allowed me to build a list of contacts that can help me find the career suited for the skills I am developing.

Hopefully you have enjoyed reading my little blurb about myself. Other non-professional things about me is that I like watching NFL, creating and watching choreography, on-and-off sneaker trends, running, calisthenics, reading about medical technology, practicing my Catholic faith, and cheesecake… lots of it!
