Today I did another Socials lesson that was a follow up to my previous Socials lesson. I learnt a lot through this lesson. First off I learnt how important it is to do activities that involve copying because it is a learned skill and the children had problems with the idea of copying from the large map to their personal map. I felt like the lesson was to high for the level of the students but I then realized that it was a good lesson it just required different levels of scaffolding for some of the children. I would do this again but create more levels of scaffolding so that students at various levels can accomplish the task.
