The link above is an article in The New York Times about gender bias in Wall Street, specifically in Goldman Sachs. The article clearly points out and provides sufficient evidence that women are not given the same opportunity and income as males in executive positions. This is a delicate topic as women have already been deemed equal to men in the business world, but are yet to receive equal treatment in the workplace. Although women have already begun to be treated as equals, the main ethical issue is that there is still gender discrimination against women. Wall Street and its executives are only an example of a major problem in the business world.
