About

Welcome to my website! I am a technology education teacher candidate currently attending UBC. I grew up in Burnaby, British Columbia and attended Burnaby Central high school. After high school I got a BA in psychology from SFU. From there I went on to work for the recreation department at the City of Burnaby. There I had the opportunity to work with and plan programs for all ages from toddlers to seniors, though the majority of my time was spent working with school aged children and seniors. It was here that I discovered that I loved teaching and working with people.

After a few years with the City of Burnaby I decided I wanted a new challenge and enrolled at BCIT in the Technology Teacher Education program which has led me to where I am today.

I have always loved working with my hands and designing things. Some of my favourite things to design and make are electronics/Arduino projects and wood working projects. Check out my portfolio tab to see some of the stuff that I have made.

Outside of making stuff I also enjoy landscape photography and singing in a choir. Some of my photography is also on this website, if you are interested in my choir you can hear some of our musicĀ here.
